Sisterhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By receiving this award, Emma is being recognized for her academic achievements and her potential to make significant contributions to her field and to society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The P.E.O. Scholar Awards supports women who are changing the world through the pursuit of a doctoral-level degree by providing them with merit-based awards to assist in the success of their educational goals. With approximately 6,000 chapters across the U.S. and Canada, the P.E.O.
